Hello, it’s the first Saturday of the New Year, we are back together again, so before anything else, I would like to wish each of you a happy and healthy 2024 as we now look forward to all that this year will bring and there will be many new and exciting changes, which I will drip-feed over the coming months.  And we are going straight in as I introduce you to DoSe by VH.  Dedicated to pioneering research and development, DoSe is an exploration of difference, demonstrating the power and efficacy of natural ingredients in an integrated and elevated approach to health and wellbeing.

Nostalgia is like wearing a comfort blanket, and although so very much has changed around all of us, the vision and purpose remains as it ever was.  There are many more words I could write, but rather than do that, I am going to refer to an article I first shared over twenty years ago.
