As we go into another long weekend, perhaps we can use this time to take a deep breath and contemplate who and what we are in this ever-changing world.  As a community, I think we have, for the most part, faced the reality of adversity with love and hope in our hearts.  With more than a few tears along the way, it is very obvious that we are living in a divisive world.  I suppose that in some way we always have, but in each and every moment the divide seems to get greater.  This chasm can, if we allow it, pervade all aspects of our lives, including our relationships, so please can we try and be as strong as we can to overcome the full force of these dark energies.

It is only by standing in our own truth that we are able to gain the strength to fight the fight for our very existence.  It is only by standing in our own truth that we are able to help stamp out bullying.  It is only by standing in our own truth that we can, and will, call out greed and corruption.  And it is only by standing in our own truth that we gain the courage needed to overcome in order to heal.  I am of course talking from experience, bitter experiences actually, but if only one thing comes from the words I have been writing, then let it be that of courage.  And let it also be said that we, each of us, will not be undermined by anything, or anybody.  And then there is karma.

On the subject of differing health concerns, a urinary tract infection is one of the most painful infections a woman can get and the most common complaint is an intense burning sensation when trying to urinate.  Many self-treat with cranberry juice, but Shabir believes there is a problem with cranberry juice because of its high sugar content.  And the manufacturers of certain cranberry juices will probably have a problem with that viewpoint, but never mind, it’s Shabir’s head on the block, not mine.  For once.  As we now talk about Cysticlean.

So let’s take a look at Cysticlean.  Shabir believes this is best-in-class and clinical studies have proven that Cysticlean breaks the cycle of recurring urinary tract infections when used for between three to six months.  Cysticlean contains a very specific group of antioxidants called PAC’s (proanthocyanidins) derived from North American Cranberries and has one of the highest contents of PAC’s on the market.  It is this massive content of PAC’s that differentiates Cysticlean from most other cranberry supplements, but studies have also demonstrated that Cysticlean has an anti-adhesive effect on E.coli, the bacteria responsible for the majority of urinary tract infections.

Once again, I am linking Shabir’s article below as I take the price of Cysticlean down from £24.99 to £19.99 ongoing.  I say ‘ongoing’ because I am not running a time limit on this.  With so many having to endure urinary tract infections such as cystitis, and of course with us recommending a three-month course, I will leave this open as long as I am able to, but we are limited in volume.  And over is over.

I want to stay with health concerns and in so doing I will tell you that Glaucoma is a group of diseases that result in the damage to the eye’s optic nerve.  The optic nerve is responsible for delivering information from the eye to the brain and Glaucoma is often referred to as the ‘silent thief of sight’ because it often goes unnoticed with a gradual loss of peripheral vision.  Before anything, it needs to be said that it is absolutely imperative that you should have your eyes checked regularly, and we would recommend at least once a year to ensure that your optic nerve is not damaged, as unfortunately there is no cure for Glaucoma.

Whilst Glaucoma is still not fully understood, it is known that as the pressure in the eye increases it can lead to the degeneration of the optic nerve and the retinal cells.  Shabir explains this further in his article, linked below, and he goes on to recommend a supplement called Eye Pressure Support with Mirtogenol, which has been used in human studies and found to reduce eye pressure.  Its ingredients include French Maritime Pine Bark Extract and Bilberry.  And without any further explanation, the price drops from £30 to £27 across the weekend, ending on Monday 3 May at midnight BST, or whilst stock lasts.  And we all know what that means.
