Diving head-first into these GOOEY MATCHA BLONDIES. Can’t think of anything more satisfying on a cool Fall day!
- 3 tbsp PerfectTed Organic Matcha Powder
- 185g vegan white chocolate (we used Moo Free Chocolates )
- 100g butter alternative (1/2 cup)
- 2 eggs (or flax eggs)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup flour
- ½ coconut sugar
Mix all the ingredients and bake for 20 minutes at 175°C (350°F) in an 8x8 pan (makes 9 servings).
