It is so easy to make your own ACV Mayonnaise and it tastes much better when you make it from scratch too!
Prep time: 10 mins
- 2 organic free-range eggs
- 1.5 tsp of our Willy’s Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2tsp of organic powdered mustard
- 1/2 tsp of sea salt
- 2 cups organic rapeseed oil
Put everything in a blender, apart from the oil and blitz. Then, very slowly add the oil in a steady stream until the mixture is emulsified.
