Pre-Holiday Nerves & Fear of Flying
As we gear up towards our holidays, it is easy for most of us to get overwhelmed and under stress. After all, there are so many things to do, some major whilst others are minor things that we need to nevertheless remember in order to hopefully have a great time. The list feels endless and this can result in the symptoms of stress, anxiety, panic attacks and so forth.
If you are one of those people that get affected by stress, mild depression and the symptoms of anxiety, you may need to take a breather. Spending fifteen minutes alone, without distractions, can you leave you refreshed and ready to tackle the list of things to do.
If the stress is still overwhelming, and often this results in fatigue and low energy, you may wish to consider the use of an adaptogenic herbal supplement such as Sibergin. Sibergin contains one of the highest concentrations of Siberian ginseng which helps to normalise the function of our adrenals which are responsible for stress management and energy enhancement. Sibergin works very quickly to enhance energy levels and strengthens the adrenals which is especially important to those suffering from stress. Studies also indicate that Siberian ginseng is an immune tonic which is always beneficial because stress compromises immunity and of course the last thing you need is to have a cold during your holiday.
It is estimated that one in four people have a fear of flying to some degree. Some people have a mild fear while for others the fear of flying is so great that it leads to massive stress symptoms. The best way to overcome the fear of flying, whatever the degree, is to just go ahead and do it. There is a remedy that I tend to recommend called Travel Well which contains flower essences to help calm nerves and relax muscle and nerve tension. Simply use a couple of days before flying and during your journey.
