July Newsletter 2014
Welcome to the July newsletter where we take a look at ‘summer solutions’ and we launch six new kits, two from iS Clinical and four from In Fiore. We also throw the focus on summer sleep and summer bathing, we celebrate the second birthday of the Innovative Skincare range and this newsletter is also pretty loaded with treats, so please read carefully. In addition I bring you all the latest news and feedback, but we start with the release of a new product, which is going completely bonkers in America and now it is here. Let’s go:
When a product starts to trend heavily, we need to look at the root cause and investigate; in the case of Yacon a study was released in America that found that overweight women using Yacon lost an average of 33 pounds over 120 days and subsequently dropped four inches from their waist. So we started to dig deep and look at the health benefits of Yacon, not just the weight loss factor, and I think we have a superstar of a product, most especially if you are concerned with your sugar intake.
Yacon Syrup is a thick, sweet syrup obtained from the root vegetable, Smallanthus sonchifolius, found in the Andes mountains. The syrup is extracted from the tuberous roots and has been used as a sweetening agent for several decades in Peru, due to its low sugar content. It is particularly useful for those requiring a natural sweetener that does not have the after-taste of synthetic sweeteners or even the natural sweetener, Stevia, which many users find has a dry-after-taste. Yacon Syrup has no major influence on blood sugar levels, making it particularly suitable for diabetics. The taste is very similar to caramelised sugar or smoky molasses, but I’ll come back to that at the end of this section.
Scientific analysis of Yacon roots shows that nearly 50% of the content is comprised of plant sugars, known as Fructooligosaccharides (FOS), but our bodies cannot metabolise FOS, meaning that it is not broken down by the digestive system and thus passes out of our bodies naturally, without leaving any sugar in the bloodstream. Unlike other sources of FOS, such as chicory root, the concentration of the FOS compound is the highest in Yacon roots, which is why it is a brilliant sweetener.
FOS is also considered to be a fibre compound and since fibres aid gastric motility, Yacon Syrup is pretty useful to help ensure healthy bowel movements or for ongoing constipation. Additionally, dietary fibre is recommended for those suffering from high cholesterol levels and the daily use of Yacon may help to maintain healthy cholesterol levels.
Additionally, FOS acts as a prebiotic in the gut, which means that it acts as a ‘food’ for the beneficial bacteria, notably the Bifidobacterium species in the gut, helping them to flourish and thus it aids digestion. These beneficial bacteria help to maintain a healthy immune system.
In a far-reaching article, Shabir takes a look at the multi-faceted role Yacon plays in weight loss, given that it is very low on the glycemic index scale, which can help lower the amount of sugar consumed in your diet. The latest studies and opinions view sugar over-consumption as in independent risk factor in cardiovascular disease, including high cholesterol and raised blood pressure, as well as other diseases including diabetes, liver problems and dementia.
So there we have it; I need to tell you that Yacon Syrup tastes like the toffee bit on a toffee apple and of course I’m hooked, I think it’s fabulous. Weight loss aside, the health benefits are great and if you have a sweet tooth, like me, taking a teaspoon of Yacon Syrup after eating negates the need for a sugar/calorie-laden dessert. Too much sugar does not just make us fat, it can also make us sick, so please pass the Yacon – a superstar is born!

As most of you know, I am a massive iS Clinical fan and have used their products for nearly ten years; bridging the gap between science and beauty, the brand is dedicated to producing innovative, highly effective clinically-validated skincare products that deliver dramatic physiological improvements to the skin and trust me, I don’t use the word ‘dramatic’ lightly. If you have never used iS Clinical, these kits are a fabulous introduction to the brand, each will last approximately three months and they are priced so that you get £33 worth of product free:
The Acne Regimen Kit
Acne (acne vulgaris) is a skin condition evidenced by clogged pores (blackheads and whiteheads), pimples, and larger cysts or nodules occurring mainly on the face, neck, chest, back, shoulders and upper arm areas. Many factors, including genetics, stress, hormones and diet, all play roles. Acne is caused by the dysfunction of the hair follicle and its accompanying sebaceous gland. The sebaceous gland produces sebum (the skin’s natural moisturiser) and acne begins to develop when keratin (found in hair, nails and the outermost layer of skin) over-accumulates and blocks the hair follicle. This is known as hyperkeratinization and it obstructs the flow of sebum.
With the constant rise in adult acne, this kit will help address acne concerns and the products include Cleansing Complex, which deep-cleans skin and pores without drying and is brilliant for helping to soothe the symptoms of acne. Active Serum helps diminish the appearance of hyperpigmentation and acne (for Grade 4 cystic acne see The Rosacea kit) and it is also pretty miraculous in helping to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Hydra-Cool provides penetrating hydration and helps reduce the appearance of mild acneic symptoms, while offering antioxidant protection. The kit value is £132, we are taking off £33, so that makes it £99 and if you don’t have acne, this is also an amazing anti-ageing kit – how I love Active Serum!
The Acne Regimen Kit £99 (Cleansing Complex £16 for 60 ml; Active Serum £68 for 15 ml; Hydra-Cool Serum £48 for 15 ml)
The Rosacea Regimen Kit
Rosacea is a widespread, but often misunderstood condition that is estimated to affect more than 45 million people worldwide. Rosacea is related to hyper-responsiveness of the blood vessels in the central face and is associated with the synthesis of abnormal proteins. Triggers of the condition include alcohol, spicy foods and sun exposure. Symptoms of rosacea include facial flushing progressing to persistent redness of the cheeks, nose and forehead, stinging or burning of the face, and red bumps or pimples in the central facial skin.
Using Cleansing Complex and Hydra-Cool Serum as above, we replace Active Serum with Pro-Heal Serum Advance+. Pro-Heal helps reduce the appearance of rosacea and more serious cases of acne, including Grade 4 cystic acne; it offers soothing relief from contact dermatitis and provides one of the highest levels of botanical antioxidant protection currently available. It has been clinically proven to reduce the appearance of erythema and inflammation and some of you may have come across Pro-Heal in the Sheald Recovery Kit. It is so difficult to hero out the iS Clinical serums, but used correctly I don’t believe that anything touches them for their efficacy. Added bonus, Pro-Heal is brilliant for insect bites, so pop it in your holiday bag.
The Rosacea Regimen Kit £99 (Cleansing Complex £16 for 60 ml; Pro-Heal Serum Advance+ £68 for 15 ml; Hydra-Cool Serum £48 for 15 ml)
Cherry Night: Sleep Deprivation
Lack of sleep is such a major health concern and there are many issues that can disturb sleep patterns during the summer months. The obvious fact is that it is lighter later in the day and our body rhythms need to shift accordingly. Light sends signals to our bodies indicating the time of day and if it is bright late at night, this can push our rhythm back. Allergies can also be a big problem, including hay fever sufferers (take Triple Allergy Defense is what we say!), who are often kept awake with blocked noses and breathing difficulties.
Stress is arguably the main factor for sleep loss and according to a study carried out by the University of Pennsylvania, participants limited to four and a half hours of sleep per night for one week reported feeling more stressed out and mentally exhausted, than those getting eight hours sleep; it’s a vicious circle. A further study, carried out by the Mayo Clinic, indicates that sleep helps regulate our stress hormones and the nervous system, both of which have an influence on blood pressure amongst other health indications, which Shabir has written about in an article on sleep deprivation, as below.
Cherry Night is a new product that has been formulated to help address insomnia, sleep disturbances and for people who cannot maintain a healthy sleep pattern. It contains glycine, an amino acid that has been found to help improve sleep quality when taken before bedtime, magnesium, red date and cherry.
Magnesium deficiencies are very common and it is thought that approximately 60% of the population is deficient in this vital mineral. Magnesium is required for melatonin (the sleep hormone) production and it also helps to relax muscles and nerves. Red date has a long history of use for its relaxing properties and is often prescribed in Traditional Chinese Medicine for insomnia. Finally Morello cherries are a rich source of phytochemicals that can benefit the brain and nervous system and their extracts are also a natural source of melatonin.
Now all this sounds wonderful, so I sent it for testing to a very harsh critic (we need to know!) who reported back the following: ‘It is brilliant. Just makes sleep so much deeper and sounder and more restful. Love it’. So one great big tick for Cherry Night; it is a powder supplement, so you just need to stir one teaspoon into juice or water daily. I’m thinking of stirring it into my Yacon Syrup; Morello cherry flavoured toffee every night, on the rocks perhaps!

As many of you know, we often send out one-off special treats to all of our subscribers, working on the premise that we get such great support from all of you, we like to give back as often as we can. When we released Fabulous Legs, the response was so staggering that I decided I would put it on this newsletter, so please read on:
We put two of our bestselling products together, The Dermasuri and Miracle Lotion, and swiped £10 off the cost, just because we all deserve to have fabulous, smooth legs and these two products just do that thing rather magnificently.
The Dermasuri is the once-a-fortnight secret to soft skin, so no more daily buffing, this exfoliating mitt helps achieve healthy, glowing skin that maintains its elasticity, suppleness and smoothness. I have been writing about Miracle Lotion for about 12 years, but I don’t really care because nothing comes close to beating the effect it has on dry, parched legs (and other bits too!). The Dermasuri is £19.95, Miracle Lotion is £15, which makes £34.95; take off £10 and voila, both for £24.95. Get this treat whilst you can; this offer is valid until midnight on Friday 18 July, or whilst stocks last. ** Sorry, this promotion has now ended.
Fabulous Legs £24.95 (Dermasuri £19.95; Miracle Lotion £15 for 237 ml)

Lyme Disease is an infection caused by a specific bacteria, which is transferred into the human body by ticks when they bite into skin. These blood sucking ticks are capable of spreading many diseases, including Lyme Disease. Rather disturbingly these ticks are flourishing in the UK after our mild damp weather, followed by dry spells. Scientists from Bristol University discovered nearly 300 ticks living in just one square metre of parkland and because parks are heavily used by people and pets, we are at risk of tick infections, most especially Lyme Disease.
Lyme Disease is not contagious because it can only be spread by a tick bite; the first few symptoms of Lyme Disease include flu-like symptoms, muscle pain, joint pain, headaches, fever and chills. If you are bitten, it is absolutely imperative that you remove the tick as soon as possible and there is a neat little credit card size device called the Tick Remover Card, which contains two different size tools for different size ticks and a magnifying lens to ensure proper removal of the tick.
The aim is to remove the tick in one piece, being careful not to twist or crush the tick, and seal it in a plastic bag so that you can take it to your GP. It normally takes approximately 24 hours for the bacteria to transmit within the body, which is why current thought points to the use of antibiotics as soon as possible.
If not detected early, Lyme Disease can result in many health concerns including numbness, severe joint pain, memory loss and even paralysis of the facial muscles. These symptoms usually appear months after the original tick bite; so the moral of the story is to carry the Tick Remover Card with you during the summer months, you never know when you, or your dog, may need it.
Tick Remover Card £3.99
Swollen Feet and Ankles
Swelling of the feet and ankles is a particularly common problem and the medical name for this condition is oedema, which occurs when fluid is retained outside of the cells of the body. Feet and ankles normally swell when there is something wrong with the foot itself, such as a sprain or fracture, although the swelling can be associated with high blood pressure, being overweight, during pregnancy, when flying (that’s me!) or due to excessive salt in our diet.
Gravity pulls fluids down to the legs and ankles and under normal circumstances, the contraction of muscles in the legs compresses the veins and helps counteract gravity by moving blood back to the heart. Inactivity and the way we sit can contribute to fluids moving from the blood into the surrounding tissues.
In addition to the swelling, inactivity greatly increases the risk of Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT), which is a serious condition where a blood clot forms in the deep veins with the muscles. The biggest concern with the formation of a blood clot in the deep veins is the risk that this clot may dislodge and shoot to the lungs.
Shabir has written an article outlining various tips to help reduce the swelling, but we always recommend taking Diosmin Plus, which contains a comprehensive blend of herbs and nutrients that work to enhance circulation as well as strengthening the veins and the valves within these veins, helping to prevent fluids from accumulating in the lower limbs.
Diosmin Plus also helps to reduce inflammation within the arteries and veins, which can result in the loss of fluids into the spaces between cells outside the circulatory system. It is for these reasons that this supplement is suitable for use with many vascular disorders such as varicose veins, spider veins, haemorrhoids, cold hands and feet and other circulatory disorders.
Finally, I really recommend the Airogym Exerciser, which is a low cost, pocket sized, inflatable exercise cushion. Invented by an ex British Airways senior long haul captain, it was originally designed to help prevent DVT on plane journeys, as well as e-thrombosis in the desk-bound and for swollen ankles. It is ever so clever and so easy to use. I love it!

Treat: Sage Complex and Physicool Rapid Cooling Mist
Even though I am writing about summer health concerns, for an awful lot of women the heat is on all year round as they make the transition from peri-menopause, which can begin at the age of 35, through to menopause. When a woman gets to a certain age, her menstrual cycle is brought to an end when menopause kicks in. A whole year free from a period is good confirmation that menopause has arrived and marks the end of fertility as well as the end of the functionality of the ovaries.
Oestrogen levels at this point decline massively, however the onset of menopause does not occur abruptly, but the female sex hormone production declines over a period time, which is often referred to as peri-menopause.
The symptoms of peri-menopause and menopause are well documented and I am not going into them here, but one of the most difficult symptoms to deal with are hot flushes and night sweats. Hot flushing is experienced as a wave of heat, often originating in the chest and neck, moving upward into the face and scalp; if you are on holiday in the heat, this experience is really not cute, so I’m here to help rescue you.
Sage Complex is our bestselling ‘hormone-mimicking’ supplement, which helps achieve hormonal balance, knocking out many of the symptoms at the same time and we recommend that all women should take this from the age of 35. Physicool Rapid Cooling Mist is a clinically approved spray formulated to help alleviate the discomfort of hot flushes and night sweats and works instantly, giving long-lasting relief.
Helping to reduce body heat and redness too, Rapid Cooling Mist and Sage Complex are a marriage made in heaven and are brilliant when used together. Together they cost £34.49, but for the duration of this newsletter, I am being neat by knocking off £4.49 and together they become the Sage Complex Treat at £30. Stay cool girls.
Sage Complex Treat £30 (Sage Complex £24.50 for 90 Capsules; Physicool Rapid Cooling Mist £9.99 for 125 ml)
de Mamiel Summer Facial Oil
As I wrote earlier in this newsletter, we go across the spectrum with our skincare ranges, but having said that I am dead fussy about the brands we list, as most of you know. When Annee launched her Botaniques range at the beginning of the year, I was all over it, the feedback has been amazing and nothing makes me happier than supporting Annee and her niche gorgeous brand.
If you follow Annee’s journey, you will know that she releases limited edition seasonal oils, so here comes her Summer Facial Oil, with the following message from Annee:
‘I have tried to capture the freshness of life in the summer and the joy of this season. I wanted to create the smell of mid-summer, when the heat comes off the land and there are wild flowers and herbs perfuming the air’.
Within this new blend, Annee has incorporated a host of potent flower essences, including Marsh Marigold to address imbalances between the head and body, Lantana, which helps shake off the cold of other seasons, Pink Frangipani, Thrift and Spring Greens with healing regenerative qualities. The organic or wild-crafted essential oils include Wild Rose, Geranium, Jasmine and Lemon with extracts of Artic Oat and Artic Cranberry blended with nutrient dense enriching base oils including Prickly Pear, Evening Primrose Oil, Argan Oil and Pomegranate.
To use, just smooth 4-5 drops onto your cleansed face and neck, pause for a moment, cup your hands and cover your nose and mouth; breathe deeply for a count of three, then slowly breathe out for a count of five, releasing all tension. Massage gently with small, circular upwards movements from the centre out until absorbed. Voila, summer skin, Annee style.
De Mamiel Summer Facial Oil £65 for 20 ml; Botaniques by de Mamiel
I like award-winning products and I like them even more when we have launched them, so of course it makes my little heart happy to tell you that Root Cover Up, the hero product from the Color Wow range, has won eight awards this year alone. Given that we are only halfway through the year, it wouldn’t surprise me if we hit double digits by the end of the year – I feel a celebration coming on strong!
The reason I am telling you this is because I would like to introduce you to Ken Paves, who is an Ambassador for Color Wow. Arguably the most recognizable hair stylist in America, Oprah Winfrey called him the ‘big Kahuna of Hollywood hair’, Ken was recently in London and so I was all over him, not literally of course, because I wanted to know why and how the hottest hairdresser in Hollywood became the Creative Consultant to Color Wow.
So please do take the time to read my interview with Ken, where you will also learn about his tips for coping with hair in the summer months, his top three tips for making a woman look and feel fabulous and his three favourite products from the Color Wow range. You will also discover whose hair he was doing when he first received Root Cover Up, sadly it wasn’t mine!
Gill meets Ken Paves; Root Cover-Up £28.50; One Minute Transformation £16.50; Pop & Lock Crystallite Shellac £14
The Most Common Holiday Problems Solved
The holiday season is upon us and with so many of you travelling over the next couple months, Shabir has put together the definitive guide to the most common holiday problems, together with the solutions. Topics covered include prickly heat, traveller’s tummy, insect bites, jet lag and travel sickness. Check it out!
VH Editorial: The Most Common Holiday Problems Solved
Five Things I’ve Done Over The Past Month
This is the point of the newsletter where Shabir discovers just how many products I stash away, but even though he rolls his eyes up to heaven on a daily basis, I just carry on regardless because my love of cutting-edge products is pretty insatiable; all in the name of research, of course. Let’s begin:
I have a thing about teeth; I have a thing about white teeth and with so many ‘whiteners’ banned over the past couple of years, it is imperative that we achieve this safely. Last month we launched Holistic Dental Tooth Powder and let me tell you it does the whole whitening thing rather magnificently; it’s great for gum problems too. I’m smiling.
Holistic Dental Tooth Powder £17.50 for 29 grams
I’m pretty obsessed with bathing rituals, most especially when I’m researching ancient cultural practices. In Japan the whole bathing ritual is based upon health and happiness and it is customary to bathe in the evening after a cleansing shower. Soap is not used in the bathing process, but rather bath salts or oils, to help promote deep and meditative relaxation.
I have been using all the new Pursoma products to help achieve this state of mind and given that we are talking about summer bathing, I am just a little bit in love with their Ocean Potion Bath. I don’t want you to cry for me, but I am not going anywhere near an ocean for the next couple of months, so the ocean has arrived in my bathroom.
Made from pure, raw vegan ingredients, this bath helps to detoxify the body with the sea’s restorative minerals. Sea salt aids in stimulating circulation and Atlantic kelp helps in revving up the lymphatic system. Add potent algae to the mix and we have an ideal remedy bath to help bring relief to our fatigued bodies and if you are going away, this is wonderful for helping to get over jet lag.
Ocean Potion Bath £8 for 113 grams; All Pursoma Products
Every single day of my life I give thanks that Phylia landed in our lives and this month is no exception. I am now so used to having shiny, thick, healthy hair, I’m not sure if I could ever kick the habit of using it daily. The testimonials continue to roll in, most especially from women whose hair is thinning as they age (yep, it’s the menopause thing again) and from those who have lost their hair through critical illness. Go Phylia!
VH Editorial: Addressing Menopausal Hair Loss; Phylia de M
Running alongside my obsession for bathing rituals, is my fascination of feet and I think I could write an entire newsletter about foot rituals, but I’ll leave that one for the moment. In a moment of madness (or otherwise), I have managed to stub my toe really badly, not once, but three times on the same toe, so I thought I’d throw a bit of love upon my feet, most especially because my right foot was horribly swollen.
The very first thing I did was to put an ice pack on my foot, but one week on it was still hurting badly so I decided to give my feet a hot and cold treatment, which I’ve repeated several times since because it works. On last month’s newsletter we released Warming Honey Cleanser and Coolmint Revitalizing Masque, which helps take down inflammation. Now I’m not telling you to do this every night because it could become rather expensive, but if you have these two products from Innovative Skincare, do try and do this ritual once a week, your feet will love you for it and of course giving your face a hot and cold treatment is pretty spectacular too.
I’m going to slip in a treat here, so just to say that we are celebrating the second anniversary of the launch of the Innovative Skincare and if you buy these two products together, then your name will be put into an electronic (so to speak) hat. At the end of the month we will make that draw and one lucky person will win the entire Innovative Skincare range of products, which is worth £516 (neat!).
Do also take a look at Extreme Protect SPF 30 as we believe it is one of the most advanced clinically validated sunscreens available. It helps shelter healthy collagen from sun exposure and ageing and it contains powerful DNA protectants that help combat the tendency toward cell mutation caused by skin damage. A little goes a very long, long way.
Warming Honey Cleanser £34 for 120 ml; Coolmint Revitalizing Masque £38 for 90 grams; Extreme Protect SPF 30 £60 for 100 grams; Innovative Skincare
Finally, I breathed a huge sigh of relief when Skin Restoring Phytoceramides came back into stock and the famine was over. According to the manufacturers, there was an ingredient shortage, but all I know is that alongside HA, Skin Restoring Phytoceramides is our bestselling anti-ageing supplement, helping to prevent dry skin rather fabulously, and I was going mad!
Bearing in mind we have been talking about compromised skin conditions on this newsletter, I received this email smack bang in the middle of the famine, so I thought I would share:
‘I have been taking Skin Restoring Phytoceramides for some time now and I am thrilled to say that my eczema, suffered from childhood, has now vanished’; I am also prone to eczema, but I haven’t had one attack since I started this supplement a few years ago, just thought I would throw that in!
Skin Restoring Phytoceramides £25 for 30 Liquid Capsules
I’ve already written about many of our feature articles, so just to complete the picture the Beauty Bible girls reveal their strategies for Loving Your Life, Sally Brampton takes a look at The Inner Critic (we all have that one!) and Catherine Turner investigates Clearing The Mind, it’s all about mindfulness, which is a bit of a buzz word at the moment. Finally Jo Fairley declares that we should give ourselves a make-up holiday- I’m up for that – go bare if you dare! As ever, I would like to thank all our contributing editors and I hope you enjoy reading their thoughts and views.
News and Feedback
I’m not sure if or when I will ever stop writing about Sheald Recovery Balm and the Sheald Post-Procedure and Recovery Kit; I have lost count of the number of women who have phoned us having undergone serious surgery (including double and single mastectomies). Using both Sheald as a stand-alone and the Post Procedure kit, they are reporting that the results are just incredible and one of these lovely women told us that her surgeon could not believe that the scarring had virtually disappeared and she was going to recommend Sheald to all her patients.
Another customer told us how her heavily sun-damaged hands were now clear and that it had mended a ‘hole’ in her hand. I did wonder how on earth it could mend a hole, but coincidentally, or otherwise, I was told the same story by somebody I know and she vouched for the ‘hole’.
Finally on Sheald, I have a case study of somebody who had a baby three months ago; her tummy was horrific, red raw deep stretch marks and torn skin, most of which is nearly healed after using the kit. There is some way to go yet, but even I couldn’t believe the drastic difference.
Sheald Recovery Balm £43; Sheald Post-Procedure and Recovery Kit £72 (with a value of £106)
In other news, much demand for Ameliorate for ‘chicken skin’ as featured in the June newsletter; I think it is really important to highlight conditions such as Keratosis Pilaris (KP). The interesting thing here is that although it is really common, quite a large number of people didn’t know that the condition had a name; they just thought it was some kind of a rash or allergy. Interesting.
Ameliorate £27.50 for 200 ml
Apologies if you are on the wait list for Spot Stickers by Sarah Chapman; after writing about them on the June newsletter (click here if you missed it), the whole supply and demand thing kicked into play and they are currently out of stock. I think we should get them back within the next few days, so if you are on the wait list, I am so sorry, out of my control! On a positive note, thank you Sarah for another great product release.
Spot Stickers by Sarah Chapman £19 for 16 Spot Stickers
The End Bit
I do believe it’s Maui Babe time yet again; so for the best tan of your life do try the authentic Maui Babe Browning Lotion straight from Hawaii, but please remember to use an SPF as well. Such a cult product, such fabulous results without having to bake in the sun for hours on end!
Maui Babe Browning Lotion £24.50 for 236 ml
Ingrown hairs, try Tend Skin Solution. This is another one of those cult products that also works efficiently for razor bumps and razor burn and is pretty good for insect bites and stings also.
Tend Skin Solution £12.50 for 118 ml
Beach babe time: Pack a selection of Kitsch hair ties and hairbands into your suitcase. Check out the new designs and be LA chic.
And now, the latest from the Yes To brand, Yes to Grapefruit. Three products released in the range so far which are Yes to Grapefruit Dark Spot Correcting Serum, Yes to Grapefruit Dark Circle Correcting Eye Cream and Yes to Grapefruit Even Skin Tone Moisturiser.
Yes to Grapefruit from £12.99
EOS, Smooth Sphere Lip Balms, which flavour are you using? I’m thinking of becoming a fashionista and colour co-ordinating them with my clothes. What the heck!
EOS Smooth Sphere Lip Balms £5.99 each
Finally we have come to the end of another newsletter and together with Shabir, I would like to thank each and every one of you for your continued support and loyalty.
If you are going away, then I hope you have a wonderful holiday and I’ll be back with the August newsletter, which I just might write from my Ocean Potion bath.
